We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible. Just return the item in its original packaging within 28 days of receiving your order, and enclose the completed returns form in your parcel.

For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items. All swing tickets and hygiene strips must be present.

Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.


If something isn’t right items can be returned up to 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund as long as they are in original condition and packaging with all labels, swing tags and hygiene strip intact. Returns cannot be accepted without the hygiene strip intact.

Returns are free from the UK only, to return your package from the UK please visit the Royal Mail Returns Portal and follow the instructions below to print your returns label, then take to any post office. Please return in original packaging.

  2. Select that you are returning a box
  3. Select ‘Yes’ that it is under 20kg
  4. Complete your order number (you will find this on your email receipts or on paper copies in box)
  5. Complete your address details and click ‘Make your label’ to print your label.

To return your package from outside the UK please send to address below and retain proof of postage.

If you are returning from outside the UK please clearly mark the package ‘commercial goods return’ on any documentation to avoid delays in customs.

Please note we do not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange please follow process above for a return and refund and repurchase the new item required from our website.

Condition: In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear. We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive back damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you. Please make sure goods are securely packaged in original packaging to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse. Please keep a proof of postage.

We aim to process refunds the day we receive them, however please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

You will receive an email to confirm you have been refunded.
