When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed by 2pm will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following working day.


What are the delivery times for UK orders?

For UK orders, delivery is the next day (Royal Mail 24). Please note that this is in addition to the dispatch time.

Is there a cost for UK shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over £300. For orders under £300, the shipping cost is £5.

How do I return an item?

To return or exchange any unwanted items, please use our returns portal and follow the instructions.

What happens if I return an item after 14 days of receiving my order?

We cannot refund any orders that come back to us after the 14 day window. Any returns received past the 14-day window will be returned back to you, and you will be responsible for covering the delivery cost.

When will I receive a refund for returned items?

We will provide a full refund for any item(s) within 14 days from the date your order is delivered back to our warehouse. Please refer to our Returns page for more information. Note that associated shipping fees are not refundable.

The returns fee will be automatically deducted from the final refund amount.

Are pre-order returns accepted?

Yes, pre-order returns will be honored and refunded within the 14-day returns policy.

What items are eligible for a refund?

Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging with any accessories and documents provided, including security tags, hygiene label and all other tags.

For health and safety reasons, we can only offer a refund on unused items. Any damaged, used or incomplete product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.


What is the return policy for items marked as final sale?

All items marked as final sale are not eligble to be returned or refunded from countries ouside the EU and UK.

For EU and UK items marked as final sale can be returned for exchange only.

How can I return items from the UK?

Please return all items to us via our returns portal for an exchange or a refund.

Please note that a fee of £7.99 will be deducted from the refund amount for any returns from the UK.

What is the process for international returns?

Please return all items to us via our returns portal for an exchange or a refund.

EU countries: A deduction of £30 will be applied to the total amount to be refunded for any returns originating from countries within the European Union. 

Rest of the world: For international returns outside of the EU and the UK, a deduction of £35 will be applied to the refund. 

Please ensure that all documents and invoices are included inside the return to avoid delays in the customs.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges for different sizes and colours - please use our returns portal for any exchanges needed.




9. Q: Are there any conditions for trying on swimwear?


A: Yes, for hygiene reasons, we kindly request that you wear underwear when trying on any of our swimwear. Damaged or stained goods may result in a refusal of refund.

A: Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure they are packed securely and keep proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

A: It may take up to 10 working days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. The refund will be issued after the return is processed successfully. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

No, all duties and taxes are pre-paid by Alexandra Miro, some countries are exempted. You won't need to pay any additional costs when your goods arrive.

Yes, the exempt countries where taxes and duties are due on delivery to local customs are Malta, Canary Islands, Ceuta, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Mayotte, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen.

What happens if my country is exempt from pre-paid duties and taxes?

If your country is exempt, any taxes and duties will be due on delivery to your local customs.

No, for most countries, there are no additional fees as duties and taxes are pre-paid. However, for exempt countries, fees may be applicable upon delivery.

Is there an expiration date for the gift card?

No, there is no expiration date for our online gift cards. You can use them whenever it's convenient for you.

Can I exchange items purchased with the gift card?

Certainly! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. You can exchange any items bought with the gift card within 14 days of the original purchase.

You can easily check your gift card balance by visiting our website and entering the unique gift card code at the checkout.
