We always hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please use our return portal. Return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order, and enclose the completed returns form in your parcel. If the return is processed later than 14 days of receiving your order we will return the goods to you and you will be asked to cover the delivery cost. Pre-order returns will be honoured and refunded within the 14 day returns policy. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items. All swing tickets, security tags and hygiene strips must be present. Please note that any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Please return all items to us via our returns portal for an exchange or a refund. FINAL SALE Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds, except under specific conditions:

RETURNS FEES CONDITIONS In the interest of hygiene, we request you to wear underwear when trying on the swimwear. We may refuse to refund your purchase if we receive back damaged or stained goods. Once we receive the goods that do not meet the right requirements for a refund, we will return the goods to you and you will be asked to cover the delivery cost. If an item arrives defective, the issue must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item. We do not assume responsibility for defects that are not addressed within this time frame. Any claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for resolution or compensation. RESPONSABILITY Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are packed securely and will not get damaged during its journey. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you keep hold of the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. If you choose to return your parcel using your own carrier, please be aware that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes that may occur. We do not take any responsibility for these charges, nor do we assume any responsibility for the parcel until it arrives at our warehouse. REFUND Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email to confirm you have been refunded.
