Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund. Duties, taxes, or original shipping fees are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN
START YOUR RETURN NOW1: Start your return
Go to alexandramiro.com/pages/returns-portal and enter your order number and email address or phone number. You can find your order number on your confirmation email.
2: Select item
Select the products you would like to return from your order.
3: Select reason
Choose the reason for your return and add any relevant notes or images.
4: Select resolution
Choose between refund to original payment method, exchange, or store credit.
5: Select return method
Choose a prepaid label or ship back the item using your own carrier.
6: Pack and ship
Download and print your return label. Repack the items in original packaging, remove old labels, and securely attach the new return label.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order via our returns portal.
Please read the terms carefully before proceeding — returns that do not meet our conditions may be rejected and returned to sender.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be amended. This includes:
- Cancellations
- Changes to items, sizes, or quantities
- Delivery address updates or corrections
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it in accordance with the policy below, once it has been delivered.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be accepted, all returned items must:
- Be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from signs of wear (e.g. deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, or stretched fabric).
- Have all original tags and hygiene stickers attached and intact.
- Be returned in their original branded packaging, including garment bags or boxes where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria or to deduct an amount from the refund if items show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to evaluate them (as permitted under UK consumer law).
TRYING ON GARMENTS
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. If we believe an item has been worn or used beyond trying on, it will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds.
- UK & EU customers may request store credit or exchange, subject to availability.
- Rest of World customers cannot return Final Sale items under any circumstances.
RETURN FEES
Return fees are deducted from your refund unless you opt for an exchange or store credit:
- UK: £7.99
- EU: £30
- Rest of World: £35
SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY
All returns must be logged through our returns portal before being shipped. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
If you return your item using our designated carrier, the parcel is insured and our team will track it until it arrives.
If you choose to return using your own courier, you are fully responsible for the parcel. Duties and taxes must be prepaid — returns with unpaid charges will be refused.
Shipping and return fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving and approving your return.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs, return fees, duties, and taxes, and are always issued to the original payment method.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@alexandramiro.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and all packaging.
Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. Items damaged through wear and tear or misuse are not considered faulty.

EXCHANGES
As with returns, exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and hygiene stickers attached, and returned in the original packaging.
We offer two exchange options:
- Immediate Exchange: Your new item is shipped right away. A valid payment method is required in case the return is not received or not approved.
- Standard Exchange: Your replacement is shipped after we receive and approve your returned item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is no longer available, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
