Returns

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we have tried to made it as simple as possible. Just return the item in its original packaging within 21 days of receiving your order, and enclose the completed returns form in your parcel.

Pre-order returns will be honoured and refunded within the 14 day returns policy.

For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items. All swing tickets and hygiene strips must be present, returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

UK RETURNS

To return your package from the UK please visit the Royal Mail Returns Portal and follow the instructions below to print your returns label, then take to any post office. Please return in original packaging.  Returns from within the UK will be charged £7.99 and will be deducted once the items are returned and refunded

  1. Visit Royal Mail Returns Portal
  2. Select that you are returning a box
  3. Select ‘Yes’ that it is under 20kg
  4. Complete your order number (you will find this on your email receipts or on paper copies in box)
  5. Complete your address details and click ‘Make your label’ to create your label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU AND UK.

To return your package from outside the UK please send to address below and retain proof of postage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of international returns.  We advise you visit https://uk.interparcel.com as they offer a pickup service with competitive rates or you can use any courier of your choice. 
Make sure to mark your package clearly as British commercial returns to avoid delays at customs. We are not liable for any customs, duties and taxes that may be incurred for items returned outside of the UK. 

If you are returning from outside the UK please clearly mark the package ‘commercial goods return’ on any documentation to avoid delays in customs.

EXCHANGE

Please note we do not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange please follow process above for a return and refund and repurchase the new item required from our website.

CONDITIONS

In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear. We may refuse to refund your purchase if we receive back damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods and you will be asked to cover the delivery cost.

RESPONSABILITY

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

REFUND

We aim to process refunds the day we receive them, however please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

You will receive an email to confirm you have been refunded.

Associated shipping fees are not refundable.
