Returns for refunds will incur a charge that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Select your shipping destination to display the applicable cost.

How to return

Please return all items to us via our returns portal for an exchange or a refund.

Step by step

Step 1: Return

Enter your order number and email address. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email or if you have an account, login and go to the orders page.

Step 2: Select Item

Tell us what you would like to return by selecting the products from the order shown on the screen.

Step 3: Select Reason

Let us know the reason for returning the item(s) using the drop down and add any additional notes in the box provided.

Step 4: Select Resolution

Choose how we can resolve the return by selecting either refund to original payment method or refund to store credit.

Step 5: Select Delivery

Choose how you would like to send back your items by selecting either to ship with a carrier of your own choice or use a prepaid label provided by us. The cost of prepaid labels are shown and will be deducted from the returned amount.

Step 6: Return Item

Pack and label the items. Pack your return item(s) using the original packing provided. Attach the label securely to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered. For returns outside of the UK it is important that you also attach the invoice that came with your purchase to the outside of the box.

Our Returns Policy

In the interest of hygiene, we request you to wear underwear when trying on the swimwear. We may refuse to refund your purchase if we receive back damaged or stained goods. Once we receive the goods that do not meet the right requirements for a refund, we will return the goods to you and you will be asked to cover the delivery cost.

If an item arrives defective, the issue must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item. We do not assume responsibility for defects that are not addressed within this time frame. Any claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for resolution or compensation.

Responsibility

Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are packed securely and will not get damaged during its journey.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you keep hold of the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

If you choose to return your parcel using your own carrier, please be aware that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes that may occur. We do not take any responsibility for these charges, nor do we assume any responsibility for the parcel until it arrives at our warehouse.

Refund

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

You will receive an email to confirm you have been refunded. Associated shipping fees are not refundable.
