Order Amendments & Cancellations
Please note that any amendments or cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to make any changes, as our team works quickly to prepare and ship orders for same-day dispatch.
Amendments can only be made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Unfortunately, requests made over the weekend cannot be accommodated.
ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU AND UK.
FINAL SALE PIECES IN THE UK AND EU CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT.
